I am accredited as a Senior Coach Practitioner and Coach Supervisor by EMCC Global - the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Dual-trained as a therapist, I am also a member of the coaching division of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Supervision

My supervision training covers a range of helping professions. I have worked with coaches, counsellors & psychotherapists, spiritual directors and clergy.

I hold ESIA coach supervisor accreditation with the EMCC.

My foundation is person-centred and holistic: I encourage you to bring your whole self, including your need for self-care, to the supervision space.

I integrate Hawkins & Shohet's 7 eyed model, for the 6 processes of supervision (Leach & Paterson) and 5 tasks of supervision (a modification of Inskipp & Proctor). I also use creative approaches to supervision.

Thank you for the facilitative role you have played in my growth and development. I appreciate your warmth and intellect - supervisee working through professional and cultural changes

 Therapy

How can I help?

Are you finding life harder than usual? As a qualified therapist I can provide a safe space to listen to what you really want to say, without judging you for what you do, say, think or feel.

Working with a “person-centred” approach, I take the view that you are the expert on yourself. I seek to bring a warmth and gentleness to my approach, which can help us to face deep and difficult issues together.

I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist. I have an MSc and PhD in counselling and psychotherapy.
